Community Spaces

Beading for Palestine (Community Hub)
Available throughout the day on Saturday, Beading for Palestine invites participants to create their own Palestinian-inspired jewelry in a relaxed, drop-in creative space. With beads, charms, and guided support available, guests can make earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other meaningful pieces to take home.

The Community Hub (Outer Space)
The Community Hub is a gathering space where local organizations, activists, artists, and community partners come together to share resources, ideas, and opportunities for action. Guests are invited to explore partner tables, connect with meaningful causes, and browse handmade Palestinian merchandise,as well as art and crafts, from local vendors. There will also be looping media presentations throughout the day.

Café Palestine (Dance Studio )
Step into Café Palestine, a cozy lounge-style café space designed for rest, conversation, and community connection throughout the festival. Guests can enjoy tea, desserts, snacks, and middle eastern food, along with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, while relaxing on couches and gathering around tables with friends old and new.

The Travel Gallery ( Lobby)

Explore Passport to Possibility, a curated travel silent  auction featuring extraordinary destination experiences that support humanitarian aid for families in Gaza through Earth Angels Act. Wander through featured travel packages, dream about future adventures, and discover how every bid helps turn compassion into action.

Café Palestine will be open before the evening program begins. Guests are invited to come early to enjoy Middle Eastern food offerings, tea, sweets, a community library, live palestinian music and time to connect and explore the festival atmosphere before the film and vigil.

Film Screening: “The Voice of Hind Rajab”:
A  powerful film honoring the memory of Hind Rajab, a 6-year-old Palestinian girl murdered in Gaza. Doors open at 5:30 and the film starts at 6:30. A facilitated discussion will follow the film.

Memorial/Vigil in Remembrance of the 1948 Nakba
Join us for a special opening night vigil and remembrance honoring the Nakba and the enduring resilience of the Palestinian people.

The evening will begin with introductions from community partners and a brief reflection on the founding and mission of Earth Angels Act, followed by the reading of poetry, true personal stories from Palestine, and a candlelight vigil. Through poetry, music, and shared witness, we gather in remembrance, solidarity, and collective humanity.

The program will also include group singing led by Boulder Singing for Resistance and will conclude with a simple community remembrance ritual honoring lives, homes, histories, and hopes carried across generations.

Together, we create space not only for grief, but for connection, reflection, and the enduring power of community.

Gather in an intimate creative space featuring readings from both classic and contemporary Palestinian poets. Through guided prompts and optional templates, participants will be invited to reflect, write, and share their own thoughts on home, identity, longing, and resilience.

Tatreez/Palestinian Embroidery Workshop
Drop in and explore the traditional art of Palestinian embroidery through a guided hands-on demonstration. Each participant will receive a take-home embroidery kit, with a suggested $5 donation to help cover materials.

Windows into Gaza: Images & Songs from Home
This ongoing presentation includes the original photographic work of Gazan photographer Shadi Allawi alongside musical performances and youth recordings from Ahmad Mousin and Gaza Bird Singing.
A rotating multimedia experience featuring photography, music, and youth voices from Gaza.  A looping multimedia presentation running continuously during this time block.

Drawing upon his personal family history, Karim will shed light on the reality of life on the ground in Palestine today.

“The Israel We Imagine, The Humanity We Deny.”Featuring Rich Forer, author of Wake Up & Reclaim Your Humanity. 

In this talk Rich will explore the unconscious forces underlying the catastrophe in Israel-Palestine. He will also clarify major historical misconceptions that continue to sustain it.

EFT & Somatic Practices for Stress Relief
Theatre O
This experiential workshop offers simple body-based tools to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Through EFT tapping, breathwork, gentle movement, and grounding practices, participants will learn techniques for creating greater calm, regulation, and resilience.

“All That’s Left of You”, introduced at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is a deeply personal story following one Palestinian family across generations shaped by love, loss, displacement, and survival.

“Palestine 36” A historical drama film that chronicles the 1936-1939 Arab Revolt in Mandatory Palestine. The film highlights the Palestinian uprising against British colonial rule and rising Jewish immigration, following a character named  Yusuf who moves between rural life and a changing Jerusalem.

Arabic Dance Party with DJ B47ance
Close out the festival with an evening of Arabic music, dancing, and celebration led by DJ B47ance. Join us for a joyful community gathering filled with movement, connection, and vibrant energy
