Somatic and EFT Techniques to Reduce Stress and Build Resilience
Tap, move, breathe, and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for calm
With Micha Claire and Viktoria Meyerhoff
Many people are carrying a heightened level of stress and anxiety right now — personally and collectively. This two-hour experiential workshop offers practical, body-based tools to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of steadiness.
Using a combination of EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and somatic practices, participants will learn simple, effective ways to reduce anxiety and regulate their nervous systems in real time. The session will include guided tapping rounds, gentle movement and dance, breathing and sound practices, and other body-based techniques designed to create safety, increase self-awareness, and bring the nervous system down quickly.
This is not a lecture — it is a hands-on experience.
You will leave with tools you can use in everyday life whenever stress, overwhelm, or anxiety arises.
No prior experience is necessary. All bodies and comfort levels are welcome.

Puerh for Palestine
A New Year Tea Gathering of Reflection & Prayer
Puerh for Palestine is an intimate New Year tea gathering rooted in reflection, prayer, and compassionate action.
Set in a softly lit, candlelit space, we will begin with a traditional puerh tea ceremony—an ancient practice that invites presence, grounding, and deep listening. From there, we will move into a gentle process of personal inquiry, journaling, and guided conversation exploring the role of compassion in our lives, and how hope and resilience continue to show up even in times of profound loss and uncertainty.
Participants are encouraged to bring journals and an open heart. Together, we will reflect on what it means to hold grief and hope at the same time, and how intentional acts of care—both personal and collective—can ripple outward into the world.
The gathering will also include the opportunity to view a short documentary offering insight into the lived realities of families in Gaza, grounding our reflections in real stories and real lives.
This is a fundraiser to support families in Gaza, and 100% of proceeds will go directly toward providing essential resources to families on the ground through Earth Angels Act’s direct-aid efforts.
Limited seats available. This is a small, intimate gathering designed to foster meaningful connection, presence, and shared humanity.
