- creating welcoming spaces (candles, seating, lighting, ambiance)

- greeting guests and guiding them to their seats

- coordinating volunteers during live events
- supporting tech or backstage assistance (lights, sound, cues)
- helping with immersive or ceremonial installations

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGEMENT
(This is a leadership role for someone who loves coordinating people)
- organizing all event volunteers

- managing check-in, seating, and guest experience

- coordinating with the stage manager and ticket manager
- ensuring smooth guest arrival and overall event flow

(For larger theatrical or community events)
- supporting special events like Untold Stories of Gaza
- coordinating with performers, speakers, and artists
- helping build run-of-show timelines

- supporting setup/strike before and after shows

CREATIVE PROJECTS & DESIGN
(Great for creatives, students, and artists)
- designing posters, flyers, and marketing graphics
- creating Canva templates
- helping format brochures or newsletters
- light photo editing
- assisting with storybook layout and prep for printing
- creating social media graphics
- helping prepare digital storytelling or video content

FUNDRAISING SUPPORT
(For people who enjoy research or community outreach)
- researching grants (not writing the proposals)
